About Leadership

  • Leadership is the art and science of motivating, guiding, and managing a group of people towards achieving a common goal.

  • A leader is someone who is able to see how things can be improved and who rallies people to move toward that better vision.

  • Leadership is a quality that can be demonstrated in any context where someone steps up to guide a group towards a common goal.

Leadership qualities and skills involve:

  • Visionary thinking

  • Inspiration and motivation

  • Decision Making (often under pressure)

  • Communication

  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence

  • Adaptability for changes and challenges

  • Empowerment individuals and teams

About Manifestation

Manifestation is our ability to shape our experiential reality and make our desired outcomes happen!

  • Manifestation gives us a neat way to focus our energy and vibes, nudging us to keep a sunny outlook to bring in more good stuff.

  • Manifestation involves using the power of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs to attract and create our desired outcome or reality.

  • More importantly, I've learned one essential thing on my manifesting journey: we still need to put in the work, be patient, and consistently take actions towards our desires; it's NOT just about thinking it, and then our desired outcome appears overnight.

  • We can also manifest for our love ones, family, friends, bring into each other's lives, give them great energy to manifest their success.

Why Integrating Manifestation into Leadership Matters

  • Integrating manifestation into leadership fundamentally transforms both our professional and personal lives.

  • The combine of leadership and manifestation empowers us to align our intentions with our actions, ensuring that our career paths and life choices resonate deeply with our core values and goals.

  • By embracing the principles of manifestation within leadership, we unlock the potential to not only envision but also actualise our aspirations, fostering a reality where success and fulfilment go hand in hand. This approach encourages a proactive stance towards challenges, enabling us to navigate obstacles with confidence and clarity.

  • Ultimately, the synergy of manifestation and leadership equips us with the tools to lead more effectively, inspire others, and live a life that truly reflects our ambitions and desires.

Manifestation Best Practices

The manifesting concept that I practice every day, and which has been working exceptionally well for me, includes:

  • Setting a clear intention of what I want to manifest - everything starts with a clear intention.

  • Embrace a positive mindset to raise my vibrational energy at work, life and any circumstances.

  • Journalling to help me focus on the presence and my brain can really rest.

  • Meditation to develop my ability to have centeredness and tranquility, the ability to get energy from it rather than sleep, and gradually I'm able to look at things from a higher level with clarity and an objectivity.

  • Create my vision board and practice visualisation.

  • Say it, say it loud, verbalise it to give myself affirmation.

  • Celebrate every small win and milestone to strengthen my confidence. Now, my peers and clients are all encouraged by me to start practicing celebration.

  • Showing gratitude by writing down what I have, what I achieve, who helped me because when we count blessing, we actually achieve more!

  • I'm also combining celebration of wins with gratitude practice.

  • Take action! Develop practice into habit; when habits accumulate, it becomes progress, when progress accumulates, it becomes success in achieving our desired outcome.

The Leadership & Manifestation Framework

Identity. Self-awareness. Goal Visualisation.

Work Backwards. Mindset Breakthrough. Action. System.

Embrace the Identity of a Good Leader

The ultimate way to achieve your desired outcomes is to become WHO you wish to become.

This is going to change the mindset that many people have and uncover the reasons why many people are unable to achieve what they want.

1. Desired Outcomes

List your desired outcomes. For instance, the desired outcome is to excel as a leader, feeling fulfilled, respected, and trusted by others.

2. Progress

To achieve our desired outcomes, we need our progress to accumulate aligned with our new identity as a good leader.

3. Identity Change

In order to consistently make progress, we need to adopt a new identity and change our beliefs about ourselves, essentially who we believe we are.

4. Identity-based Habit

To transform our identity by altering our beliefs about ourselves, we must cultivate identity-based habits. Habits serve as the conduit for changing our identity to that of a good leader in this context.

5. Behaviour

What forms a habit? It's the repetition of behaviour. Thus, to establish identity-based habits, we need to develop recurring behaviours that represent our new identity.

6. Action

Put the work in. Take action. This entails actively engaging in practices that align with your new identity — as a proficient leader — doing what comes naturally to you in this role.

Clarify the desired outcome and work backwards from there.

This is going to completely change your life!

You may still find it confusing, but no worries, start out with clarity on your desired outcomes, and work backwards step by step.

Effectively tntegrating leadership with manifestation begins with prioritising self-awareness.

Firstly, we emphasise self-awareness, prioritising our wellness as leaders, understanding our emotions, and learning to detach from high-stress situations, conflicts, and chaos.

This is a crucial practice, especially when faced with numerous decision-making responsibilities.

Setting and Visualising Goals

Visualising success as the ending of your story

Visualise your leadership goals vividly, imagining the outcome as the amazing ending of the story you wish to achieve.

You are the main character of the story, the hero of the story. Visualise your leadership goals as the ending of the story; what you see, what you hear, how you feel are all guiding you and your audience toward your leadership goals.

What you see, hear, and feel could involve leading successful projects, fostering innovative teams, or achieving personal growth milestones.

Affirmation Creation

Creating affirmations that align with your leadership visions and value. These affirmations should be specific to the challenges and opportunities in the your industry, reinforcing your capacity to lead and innovate.

Before you can effectively work backwards from your desired outcome, you need to have a clear understanding of what that outcome is and what goals will lead you there. Setting these benchmarks early on is crucial for a focused and directed journey towards leadership excellence and personal fulfilment.

Work Backwards

Why the Outcome Matters: Understand deeply why you're aiming for a particular outcome in your leadership journey. This clarity will guide your actions and decisions.

What goals and outcomes do you aim to achieve?

Envision scripting the ending of your story - what do you want as the desired ending in your leadership story?

What qualities and skills do you need to become a good leader?

How do you handle leading in ambiguous situations? How do you demonstrate initiative?

What frameworks and strategies can guide you to leadership excellence?

How do you determine what's important?

How do you forge and nurture relationships with your teammate, managers, stakeholders across an organisation?

How do you get the buy-in from people?

How do you inspire, motivate your people and your team to work toward goals?

The most transformative piece of advice on mindset of leadership I offer is this:

Influence and respect in leadership are not by default, you need to earn influence and respect as a leader.

The best way to gain influence and respect is by showing respect and offering influence to others.

Listen genuinely, honour people, and empower them to reach their objectives.

The ultimate way to gaining more is by giving more.

Mindset Breakthrough

Action: Form Visualising to Actualising

You need to put the work in.

Put in the work.

Take action.

Keep practicing.

Form the identity-based habit until you fully embody and embrace your identity and actualise your desired outcome as a great leader.

Develop the consistency, momentum and build system that you can always complete the most important tasks.

Continue practicing, from embodying qualities and visualising to strengthen your mindset, to actualising through actions.

How to "create" time and practice forming the system.

List tasks: Begin by listing all the tasks you need to complete.

Evaluate Importance and Urgency: Evaluate each task's importance and urgency.

Is it your priority?
Is it your team's priority?
Is it your manager's priority?
Is it going to have a main impact to the team and the business?

Urgent and Important (Do first)

When tasks are both urgent and important, and require your immediate attention and should be tackled as a priority.

Important but Not Urgent (Schedule)

When tasks are important but not urgent, you can schedule them for later completion, allowing for your proper planning and preparation.

Urgent but Not Important (Delegate)

When tasks are urgent but NOT important, you can delegate them to others or leverage tools to improve your efficiency, finishing the task faster to free up time for more critical activities.

Not Urgent and Not Important (Remove)

When tasks are neither urgent nor important, you can remove or minimise them as they contribute little overall impact to productivity and may distract your focus and attention where you need to prioritise.
